Exchange Policy

Every Nari piece is handcrafted in small quantities, which means we do not offer returns or refunds. We do, however, offer exchanges so you can find the piece that feels right for you.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Each piece is inspected before dispatch, so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care.

Exchanges are offered for a different piece, size or colour, subject to availability. If your preferred piece is unavailable, we will issue a store credit of equal value, valid for 12 months.

To request an exchange, email us at hello@nariofficial.co with your order number and preferred exchange item. We will provide an authorisation and instructions for shipping the item back to our atelier, and reserve the replacement once your exchange is authorised.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched.

No Returns or Refunds

As each garment is made by hand in limited numbers, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Please review sizing carefully using our size guide before ordering, and reach out to us if you would like guidance on fit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every Nari garment is inspected by hand before it leaves our atelier. If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces cannot be exchanged unless faulty, as they are created specifically for you. Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.
