Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK and worldwide. Every parcel leaves our atelier carefully packed, with tracking provided by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

UK delivery

UK shipping is £10 per order. We dispatch within 2-3 business days where possible, and delivery follows 2 days after dispatch. Dispatch estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

International delivery

We ship to EU, US, UAE, India and the rest of the world. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout before payment. Please allow a little extra time around public holidays and peak seasons.

Duties, import taxes or customs charges, where applicable in your country, are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it is dispatched. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help trace your parcel.

Delayed or missing parcels

Once a parcel leaves our atelier, delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at hello@nariofficial.co with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please review your delivery address carefully before ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, for which additional shipping costs may apply.

Exchanges and faulty items

Shipping for approved exchanges is arranged under our exchange policy. If your item arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
