About us

Nari Atelier (“Nari”, “we”, “us”) is a London-born atelier offering handcrafted heritage clothing at nariofficial.co. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@nariofficial.co.

Our pieces

Every Nari garment is handmade in small quantities. Slight variations in colour, embroidery and finish are the signature of the artisan’s hand, not faults. Product imagery is styled for presentation and colours may vary slightly on screen. Where an item is subject to specific availability, we will tell you before dispatch.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency, with applicable taxes and shipping calculated before payment. If a genuine pricing error occurs, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken securely at checkout and your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, in which case you will receive a full refund of sums paid.

Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery options, times and costs are shown at checkout and confirmed by email. Full details are in our shipping policy. Once your parcel leaves our atelier, delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control, but do tell us if your order has not arrived within the estimated window and we will help trace it. Duties or import charges, where applicable, are your responsibility.

Exchanges — no returns or refunds

Because each piece is handcrafted in limited numbers, we do not offer returns or refunds. We do offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please read our exchange policy for the full conditions, including faulty items, made-to-order pieces and sale items.

Intellectual property

All designs, imagery, text and branding on this site belong to Nari Atelier. You are welcome to browse and share our pages with credit, but you may not reproduce our content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Fair use

You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK shoppers retain their statutory rights, including under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
